All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace any item that arrives seriously broken or unusable.

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, unattended burning, or failure to follow candle care instructions.
