Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods (new launches, holidays, restocks), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $50 USD.
Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather or peak-season volume.
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review the claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.
For lost packages, please reach out to your carrier first using your tracking number; if the issue persists, email us so we can help file a claim.
